Anton Taylor

Anton Taylor has extensive experience in talent acquisition and organizational development, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Talent & Equity at Reading Partners since January 2017. In this role, Anton supports a centralized hiring process aimed at attracting a diverse candidate pool while also enhancing compensation and performance management practices to boost employee engagement. Previously, as the National Recruitment Manager at Reading Partners, Anton designed training resources for regional recruiters and improved the organization’s brand awareness. Anton’s prior experience includes serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Health Leads, where strategic staffing and company culture revitalization were key responsibilities, and multiple leadership positions at City Year, ranging from National Director of Diversity Recruitment to Program Manager, at which Anton contributed significantly to diversity initiatives and recruitment strategies. Educational qualifications include a degree from Wayne State University.
