Naima Ricks

Naima Ricks, Ph.D., is a dedicated non-profit leader currently serving as the Executive Director of After-School All-Stars New Jersey, where they oversee strategic vision and program quality. Naima has previously held significant roles, including Director of Student Engagement at Saint Elizabeth University and Director of Programs at SEEDS – Access Changes Everything. With a strong foundation in student affairs, they have empowered students through various educational and extracurricular initiatives. Naima holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration from Seton Hall University.
