Patia Ingraldi

Patia Ingraldi, PHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the National Director of Human Resources at Reading Partners, where responsibilities include developing HR strategies, ensuring compliance with employment regulations across multiple states, and managing employee relations. Previously, Patia held the role of Human Resources Director at LifeWorks Austin, providing strategic HR consultation and overseeing talent acquisition and training programs. Experience also includes positions as Human Resources Generalist at PARC, Human Resources Specialist at Empath Health, Payroll Coordinator at FrankCrum, and Human Resources Coordinator at CCS Medical, in addition to an internship at Pasco Sheriff's Office.
