Tarnveer Sekhon

Tarnveer Sekhon has over a decade of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Group Leader for Pharmaceutical Microbiology at RSSL since September 2012, with previous roles including Senior Team Leader and Team Leader in Pharmaceutical Chromatography. Responsibilities have included writing and reviewing standard operating procedures and technical documents, defining strategic Key Performance Indicators, and implementing training initiatives for new analysts. Tarnveer has a strong background in gas chromatography, method transfers, and validations, along with practical experience in GMP standards and Openlab chromatography data software. Prior educational achievements include a First Class Honours BSc in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Portsmouth, and an industrial trainee position at Pfizer focusing on materials characterisation.
