Michael Fischetti

Michael Fischetti has extensive work experience in human resources and operations management. Michael currently holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Reading Truck, a role they began in April 2020. Prior to this, they worked for Cambridge-Lee Industries LLC as the Vice President of Human Resources from January 2016 to April 2020. Their previous roles include Director of HR Operations, Director of Employee Relations and Talent Acquisition, and Manager of Manufacturing at Carpenter Technology Corporation. Throughout their career, Fischetti has held various leadership positions and has been responsible for managing employee relations, talent acquisition, and operations coordination.

Michael Fischetti earned their bachelor's degree in Labor Industrial Relations from Penn State University, graduating in 1993. Michael then pursued an executive certification in Labor Relations from Cornell University in 2013. Additionally, Fischetti obtained their MBA with a specialization in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Alvernia University, completing their degree in 2005.
