Nick Prexta

Nick Prexta, MBA, is a seasoned professional in the field of paint process engineering and manufacturing, currently serving as a Paint Process Engineer at Reading Truck since April 2023. With extensive experience in leadership roles, Nick was previously the Plant Manager at US BOILER CO from June 2016 to April 2023, overseeing operations within the Paint Department and managing significant teams. Earlier positions include Manufacturing Engineer at Volvo Construction Equipment and Manufacturing/Lean Engineer at Reading Truck Body. Nick's career began at Harley-Davidson Motor Company, where various roles culminated in the position of Engineering Process Leader, managing numerous aspects of paint processes and leading projects exceeding $1 million. Nick holds an MBA from Lebanon Valley College and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Manufacturing Engineering from Miami University.
