Johan Adalberth

Johan Adalberth is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in leading finance functions across various industries, including care, health care, pharma, real estate, and retail. Currently serving as CFO at Readly since August 2019, Johan has played a pivotal role in Pre-IPO preparations, securing a venture debt loan facility, overseeing an IPO at Nasdaq Stockholm Midcap, and guiding M&A strategies. Prior experience includes financial consulting roles at Ceqada AB and interim positions at CBRE Sweden and GS1 Sweden. Johan has a strong background in financial modeling, due diligence, refinancing, group accounting under IFRS, and successful IPOs, alongside a solid foundation as a Head of Finance at KRY and Group Accounting and Reporting Manager at Attendo. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Business Administration from Uppsala University.
