Rebecca V.

Rebecca V. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in development, operations, and community outreach. Currently serving as Director of Development at ReadWorks since November 2019, Rebecca has also held positions as Director of Revenue and Operations and Manager of Development and Marketing within the same organization. Prior experience includes working as Community Outreach Coordinator for Monroe County Soil and Water Conservation District, where twelve ethnographic documentaries were produced and a new website was launched. As a Fellow and Project Manager at the Indiana University Serve IT Clinic, project management of teams and oversight of significant software development projects took place, resulting in substantial cost savings for nonprofits. Additionally, during time as an AmeriCorps Member, volunteer management and STEM curriculum development for students were key responsibilities, complemented by recognition for exceptional service. Rebecca holds a Master of Public Administration from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology from Southern Illinois University, with further academic experience at Swansea University.
