Elaine Silberberg

Elaine Silberberg's work experience includes serving as the Vice President of Underwriting for Affordable Housing at Ready Capital since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Property Management at Wisconsin Management Company from 2022 to 2023. From 2020 to 2021, they were the Regional Vice President at Rose Community Management. Elaine also held positions as Senior Regional Manager at Related Companies from 2008 to 2020, Senior Property Manager - Multi-sites at Progress Property Management LLC from 2006 to 2008, and Real Estate Sales Representative at Century 21 1st Choice Realty from 2002 to 2006.

Elaine Silberberg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Management Services from Purdue Global. Elaine is also certified as a Tax Credit Specialist by the National Center for Housing Management, which they obtained in 2014. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Certified Occupancy Specialist COS, which they obtained in 2011, also from the National Center for Housing Management.
