Tara Kelly

Tara Kelly is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in commercial lending and small business finance. Currently serving as a Senior SBA Business Development Officer at Ready Capital since March 2022 and as a Small Business Administration Lender at Lendstream Small Business Finance, Tara has previously held the position of Commercial Lender and Vice President Commercial Lender at Carver Federal Savings Bank from June 2014 to March 2020. Responsibilities have included sourcing new client relationships, analyzing loan setups, preparing credit memorandums, and presenting analyses to management and board committees for approval. Tara obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science in Organizational Management from Alliance University between 1998 and 2000.
