Theresa Appollina

Theresa Appollina started their career at CIT in 2000 as the VP Finance - Legal Joint Ventures. Theresa reported to the CFO of Specialty Finance and was responsible for the operational relationship and financial results of CIT's two legal Joint Ventures. During their time at CIT, they generated an annual volume of over $4 billion and managed approximately 10 direct and 100 indirect employees. In 2014, they joined Ready_Capital as the SVP Operations, a role they held until 2018 when they transitioned to the position of SVP Business Analysis.
