Steve Pawlish

Steve Pawlish is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in software development and engineering leadership. Currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Ready Education since January 2024, Steve previously held the role of Vice President of Engineering at Brightcove, where Steve managed over 70 resources across multiple teams for a leading video cloud platform serving more than 200 million unique viewers weekly. Prior roles include Senior Director of Software Development at Ellucian, overseeing a large development team for a SaaS solution on AWS, and Senior Project Director at JDA Software, leading the creation of a unified retail planning solution. Steve's career began with foundational positions at organizations such as BankBoston and Raytheon Company, where Steve contributed to critical systems for treasury risk management and NASA projects. Steve earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Colorado Boulder.
