Patsy Stills currently serves as Vice President of Administration at Ready for Life Pinellas, a skill center focused on supporting former foster care youth in homelessness prevention, education, and employment. Prior to this role, Patsy held multiple leadership positions at Gulf Coast Jewish Family and Community Services, including Director of Learning and Development and Grants Manager. Additionally, Patsy served as Executive Director of the Heart Gallery of Pinellas & Pasco, advocating for the adoption of foster children. With experience spanning over three decades in various roles related to contracts, quality, training, and executive management within juvenile justice and social services sectors, Patsy combines extensive knowledge with a commitment to community support. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Westfield State University and a Master of Arts in Organizational Management and Leadership from Ashford University.

Ready for Life (RFL) is a solution-based skill center supporting youth aging out of foster care in Pinellas County by providing homelessness prevention, education and employment, and lifeline support networks. RFL is a family environment where young people find basic needs like food and meal kits; personal and hygiene supplies; caring support; and have access to laundry and shower facilities. We understand that until immediate basic needs are met, it is nearly impossible to contemplate the future...and RFL believes that all young people deserve the opportunity for a successful future. RFL offers a unique Educational Learning Lab program; a full-time Mental Health Counselor, through a partnership with the Pinellas County Public Defender's Office; legal services provided through the Community Law Program, supported by the St. Petersburg Bar Association; Mentor Program; Youth Council; Mommy & Me; Keys to Independence; and more.
