Linda Hartnett

Linda Hartnett has over 20 years of work experience, with a focus on human resources and administration. Linda has held various roles throughout their career, including Vice President of Administration at Avalon Flooring since 2013 and HR Director at Avalon Carpet Tile and Flooring from 2006 to 2013. Prior to their time in the flooring industry, Linda worked as a Legal Administrator at Eisenberg Rothweiler Schliefer Weinstein and Winkler from 2004 to 2006, and at Green Lundgren & Ryan from 1998 to 2004. Through their positions, Linda has developed expertise in managing teams, overseeing administrative operations, and providing excellent customer service.

Linda Hartnett, SHRM-CP, PHR, graduated from Rosemont College in 1993 with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Prior to attending college, they completed their secondary education at St. Hubert High School for Girls from 1983 to 1987. In addition to their formal education, Linda has obtained several certifications, including SHRM - CP and SHRM-CP from SHRM and PHR from HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Linda achieved these certifications in January 2015 and January 2009, respectively.
