Konrad Jachim

Konrad Jachim has worked in the IT industry since 2008. Konrad's first role was as a Systems Administrator at Akoo International, Inc. where they provided level 2 support to the office of 50 users and managed IT activities across the entire company. In 2011, they moved to RMG Mall Media (formerly Akoo International) as the Director of Network Operations. In 2014, they joined Ready Networks as the Director of Network Operations & Support. In this role, they were a key member of a mission critical 24/7 team, responsible for network engineering, network analysis and administration of LAN, WAN & wireless technology and services. Konrad supported a portfolio of 50+ SMB accounts and was the highest level of escalation for all IP/VOIP incidents. Konrad identified client needs and designed, proposed, and implemented solutions, including writing recommendations and specifying equipment requirements. Konrad also assisted with BOM development for all related IT solutions and troubleshooted and resolved network, server, and computer system issues within the LAN, WAN, and Wireless environment.

Konrad Jachim received a Master of Arts in Information Technology from National Louis University in 2007 and a Bachelor of Arts in Information Technology from National Louis University in 2005.
