Derek Ogren

Derek Ogren has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2015 as a Sales Associate and Account Management for Man Cave Craft Eats. In 2017, they served as a Consultant for Action Aid India, utilizing the design thinking process to identify problems and create innovative solutions for their businesses and communities. That same year, they co-founded, ran, and developed reinvia, llc, and successfully received government funding through their agricultural foundation, AURI. From 2018 to 2020, they worked for Mighty Spark Food Co. as a National Account Manager and Experiential Manager, managing 14 interns across the country and selling out each Costco warehouse. Currently, Derek Ogren is employed as a Regional Sales Manager for Ready® Nutrition.

Derek Ogren obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Entrepreneurial Studies from the University of St. Thomas in 2017. In 2016, they attended the International American University in Aix-en-Provence for Entrepreneurship. Derek also attended SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research in 2017 for Entrepreneurship. In November 2020, Derek obtained a certification in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging for All from LinkedIn.
