Rima Elkass possesses extensive experience in the food production and environmental health sectors, currently serving as a Production Supervisor at GFF, Inc. since February 2020. In addition, Rima has held the position of Environmental Health Specialist at Public Health since June 2019. Rima's career includes roles as Supervisor of Production and Supervisor of Operations at Ready Pac/Bonduelle Fresh America and Ready Pac Foods, Inc., respectively, both starting in May 2018. Prior to these roles, Rima worked as an R&D Technologist at Farmer John - Clougherty Packing, LLC since April 2016 and as a Production Supervisor at Farmer John/Hormel Foods since 2014. Rima holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Technologies from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, completed in 2014.
