Rocio Vargas is a seasoned food technologist with extensive experience in regulatory affairs and food science. Currently serving as a Senior Food Technologist at Ready Pac Foods, Inc. since October 2016, Rocio has previously worked at The Hain Celestial Group, where responsibilities included reviewing regulatory labels for natural and organic products and preparing USDA label applications. Rocio's coaching experience includes being the Head Volleyball Coach at Sierra Vista High School from September 2010 to May 2016 and the Assistant Volleyball Coach at Top Gun Volleyball Club, where emphasis was placed on developing teamwork and technical skills. Rocio holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science & Technology from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts from East Los Angeles College.
