Donesha Bell

Donesha Bell, M.Ed, serves as a Wholesale Lending Administrator at Unify FCU since November 2021, where responsibilities include monitoring and managing Wholesale Lending portfolios while ensuring compliance with regulations and providing strategic guidance. Concurrently, Donesha holds the position of Instructional Coach at the Dallas Independent School District, focusing on data-driven decision-making for K-8 education and maintaining high state performance measures. Donesha also engages as a curriculum writer and Notary Public, alongside roles in property management and real estate since 2013. Previous experience includes serving as a Mortgage Investor Reporter at Nationstar Mortgage, managing projects related to data integrity and procedural improvements. Donesha obtained a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Texas A&M University-Commerce and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from The University of Texas at Austin.
