Grant Koster

Grant Koster, FACHE, is a dedicated healthcare executive with over twenty years of experience in multi-site operations. Currently, Koster serves as a Chief Clinical Officer at Ready Rebound and is a Board Member for both LainaHealth and The Place for Children with Autism. Previously, Koster held various leadership roles at Athletico, including SVP of Clinical Operations, while also serving as Head Physical Therapist for the USA Rugby team. Koster's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Eastern Illinois University and a Master's in Physical Therapy from Des Moines University, as well as an Executive Scholar designation from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
