With nearly two decades of experience, Margot's leadership extends to non-profit roles, including Non-Executive Director for Ready Set, promoting economic independence for disadvantaged unemployed individuals. Prior roles include Head of People and Culture at WISE Employment, and various strategic human resources positions at organizations like Telstra, National Australia Bank, and the University of Melbourne. Margot is an accredited executive coach, having guided numerous business leaders in achieving their potential, and is well-educated with a Bachelor of Commerce, a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and Marketing, a Master of Applied Science, and credentials from the NeuroLeadership Institute.

Every year Ready Set helps more than 1,500 people find theirs. Ready Set was established in 2011 as Wear for Success, is run by a small management team, and powered by volunteers including a volunteer Board. We are a registered charity in Victoria.
