Naomi Fox is a highly experienced professional specializing in leadership assessment, organizational development, and change management. Currently serving as a Partner at Future Leadership, Naomi leads executive insights and talent management initiatives. As the Founder of Culture Co-Lab, consulting to organizations in transformation, Naomi focuses on aligning culture and building capability. Previous roles include Head of Organisational Development at Australian Unity, Associate Principal at Curio, and leadership positions at Telstra, AGSM @ UNSW Business School, and Phillips Fox. Naomi holds an Executive MBA and other qualifications from AGSM, as well as a Bachelor's degree with Honours in Political Science and Sociology from The University of Queensland.

Every year Ready Set helps more than 1,500 people find theirs. Ready Set was established in 2011 as Wear for Success, is run by a small management team, and powered by volunteers including a volunteer Board. We are a registered charity in Victoria.
