Verónica Aguirre Saravia has had a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Verónica started their career in 1998 as an Executive Assistant to the VP of Disney & ESPN LATAM at Disney Sports/ESPN Wide World of Sports. In this role, they managed business and personal agendas, coordinated meetings, planned travel, and handled expense reporting. Verónica also took on the responsibility of organizing annual HR events.

In 2004, Verónica became the owner of Caledonian School Shop, a business that operated within St. Andrew's Scots School. Verónica had a direct relationship with the school authorities and managed two uniform sale stores.

In 2010, Verónica started their own venture, Las Aguirre Saravia, as an Event Planner and Fundraiser. Over the course of 11 years, they organized and coordinated various types of fundraising events for over 40 NGOs. Verónica'sresponsibilities included general management, supervision, sales, reporting, negotiation with suppliers, and coordination of logistics.

Currently, Verónica is working at Ready Set as a People Experience Specialist. Verónica started in 2022 and is responsible for managing and enhancing the employee experience within the company. Prior to this role, they worked as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and COO from 2021 to 2022.

Verónica Aguirre Saravia completed their undergraduate education from 1996 to 2001 at UADE, where they earned a degree in Licenciada en Relaciones Publicas. Prior to that, in 1995, they briefly attended the University of California, Davis, focusing on Sociology.
