Michael Hoover

Michael Hoover has extensive experience in payroll and workforce management, currently serving as Director at both Ready Tax and Trust Point HCM. Since September 2022, Michael has led Ready Tax, focusing on streamlining payroll tax processes for businesses, while also overseeing Trust Point HCM since October 2021, which provides efficient workforce management solutions. Michael previously held the position of President at ATR Systems, Inc. from 2003 to 2021 and the Workforce Educational Organization from 2014 to 2021, where initiatives aimed at improving time and labor management systems were essential. In addition, Michael was President of the Independent Time & Labor Management Association from 2007 to 2021, further emphasizing a commitment to the industry. Earlier career experience includes ownership of Helix Design from 1999 to 2008, providing web design services. Michael obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Penn State University.
