Gera Atkins, MBA, SHRM-CP

Gera Atkins, MBA, SHRM-CP has over 20 years of experience in the retail industry. From 2000 to 2002, they served as the Operations Manager for Lebanon and Hershey and opened a new store location. Gera then worked as the Sales & Training Manager for Reading from 2002 to 2003, where they coordinated technology and mobile training staff of 12 and provided ongoing training. From 2003 to 2005, they were the General Manager for Lewisburg and was promoted to lead the organized turnaround of a declining store. From 2005 to 2016, they were the General Manager for Camp Hill and was handpicked by regional and district managers to launch a new store location. From 2016 to 2017, they served as the General Manager for Harrisburg and was selected to lead the turnaround of an underperforming site. In 2021, Atkins began working as the Director of Operations for READY TRAINING, INC. and, prior to that, they were the VP of Operations and Training & Development Specialist for Ready Training Online (RTO) from 2017 to 2021.

Gera Atkins holds a Master of Business Administration, MBA from the University of Phoenix, which they obtained in 2009. Gera also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Millersville University of Pennsylvania, which they obtained in 2000. Gera also holds the SHRM-CP certification.
