Nikhil Singhania

Nikhil Singhania has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Nikhil is currently serving as the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships & Growth at ReadyAssist - 24/7 Roadside Assistance, a position they have held since April 2022. Prior to this, from April 2021 to April 2022, Nikhil worked as a Program Manager in the CEO Office at ReadyAssist.

Before joining ReadyAssist, Nikhil worked at WhiteHat Jr as the Director (In Training) of Sales from October 2020 to March 2021. Nikhil joined the company after gaining valuable experience at OYO, where they held several roles. From July 2019 to September 2020, Nikhil worked as the Regional Supply Manager (Global Expansion) at OYO. Nikhil then took on the role of CEO - Leisure Market from January 2018 to June 2019. During their tenure, they achieved significant milestones such as incubating and leading an offline team that generated INR 10 million in revenue in one year and launched 800 rooms in the city. Nikhil was recognized as the first Leisure Marketing CEO to generate revenue worth INR 10 million in one year in 2018.

Prior to their role as CEO - Leisure Market, Nikhil held the position of Deputy CEO - Micro Market from July 2017 to December 2017, where they were recognized as the Top Deputy Micro Marketing CEO in the hub. Nikhil also worked as a Demand Manager from April 2016 to June 2017 and as a Transformation Executive from July 2015 to March 2016 at OYO.
