Vijay is the Founder & Managing Partner of Lexygen, a leading Corporate law & legal advisory firm in the country. Vijay is one of the mentors and director at ReadyAssist; and advises them in legal, fundraising, and other strategic activities. Vijay is also a founding member of the TiE Guwahati chapter and a panel member of mentors of the Nasscom 10k Startups Programme. Vijay has successfully led some of India's most complex transactions in the areas of Private Equity & M&A and regularly advises some of the market-leading names in the industry on their Indian transactions and their Indian operations.
