D. Bruce Brauninger has over 30 years of experience in sales and business development. D. Bruce started their career at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts as a Sales Team Leader, where they introduced a successful telesales approach to grow customer markets. D. Bruce then worked at StayWell as a Sr Sales Consultant, collaborating with American Red Cross to drive revenue growth. At The StayWell Company, they led an Inside Sales Team and developed strategies to exceed objectives. D. Bruce later joined StayWell/ MediMedia as a Sales Manager, National Accounts & Academic Markets, where they worked with the American Red Cross to drive revenue growth through first aid/CPR training classes. Bruce then joined the American Red Cross as a Regional Sales Manager, leading and coaching sales teams to exceed goals. D. Bruce also worked at Kennebunk Maine as a Business Development Leader & Sales Coach before joining Readiness Associates, where they served as the Managing Principal - Sales, responsible for assimilating preparedness in the workplace. Bruce is currently the CAO & VP of Strategic Partnerships at Readiness Associates.
