Neil Wells

Neil joined the concrete industry in 1984, working in a precast elements factory. He moved into the readymix industry in 1989 joining Tarmac Topmix in the Technical Department . He advanced through the Technical Department to be Area Technical Supervisor, before transferring departments to be London Operations Supervisor. During this period he was involved in several major projects, including the expansion of Heathrow Airport.

In 2003 he joined Laing O’Rourke as Production Manager on the prestigious Heathrow Terminal 5 project, running the on-site batching plants and delivery. He managed and coordinated the supply to various sections of the project within the new main terminal including the road, paving, rail and underground facilities.

Following the successful completion of this project in 2007, he joined RMAD in the role of Production Manager, principally to work on Aldars’ Raha Beach and Yas Island projects . He has since advanced to Operations Manager overseeing all aspects of the company’s various operations and facilities.
