In 2017, Russell took on the role of Chief Executive Officer at Readypower Group after leading the Management Buyout with the support of Primary Capital. During their tenure, the group achieved organic growth of 25% and expanded their operations to Nottingham and Glasgow by opening new operating centers. They also acquired Terrawise Construction Ltd, which enhanced their capabilities in railway electrification.
