Ladara Josey

LaDara Josey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and project management, currently serving as Program Director at the SC Dept. of Children's Advocacy since March 2020 and as Project Manager at readysc - SC Technical College System since July 2017. As an independent contractor since December 2012, LaDara has focused on instructional design and facilitation, overseeing personal development workshops and managing fundraising events. Prior roles include Instructional Designer at QVC, where LaDara developed training programs, and Training/Operations Manager at Blue Cross Blue Shield of South Carolina, responsible for annual training plans and curricula development. LaDara holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Development from Webster University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems Management from Francis Marion University.
