Pei Han

Pei Han is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in leading technical teams and developing software solutions across various industries. Currently serving as Lead Software Engineer at ReadyTech since May 2022, Pei previously held similar positions at Envato and Big Red Group. With a solid foundation in software engineering, Pei has contributed to projects involving online order management and finance management systems using technologies such as Ruby on Rails and AWS. Prior roles include serving as Team Leader and Senior Engineer at Umessage Mobile Media Co.,Ltd, where Pei enhanced software architecture and service development, and Development Manager at the Wireless Department of Walter Disney, overseeing project leadership and team mentoring. Pei holds a Master's degree in Software Engineering from Shanghai Jiaotong University and a Bachelor's degree in Information Engineering from Tongji University.
