Elie Fares

Elie Fares is a seasoned engineering and operations expert currently serving as the Sr. Director of Engineering and Deployment Operations at Reailize, a B-Yond company, since April 2023. Previously, Elie held several senior positions at Nexius from July 2019 to March 2023, including Senior Director of Operations, Director of Engineering and Operations, and Senior Engineering Manager. Prior experience includes roles at Ericsson as Manager RF Engineering and Senior Telecommunications Consultant, as well as positions at Videotron and TELUS, where responsibilities included network planning and performance engineering. Elie holds an MBA from HEC Montréal, a Master of Engineering from Concordia University, and a Bachelor of Engineering from Polytech Lille.
