John Carlos Gonzalez

John Carlos Gonzalez has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. John Carlos started their career as an intern at CANTV in 2002, where they gained experience in managing and maintaining different network platforms. John Carlos then worked as a Telecommunication Technician at CANTV, responsible for installing and programming various devices.

After that, Gonzalez joined Alcatel-Lucent as a Field Installation Supervisor, where they coordinated and supervised the installation of cell sites and other equipment. John Carlos then moved on to Level 3 Communications as a Project Manager, responsible for installing, modifying, and activating various networks and services for carrier clients.

Gonzalez joined IG Networks in 2017 as a Project Manager Specialist, leading and managing virtual teams for telecommunications projects. John Carlos later became a Program Manager, coordinating multiple projects for carrier clients sold by the sales team.

In 2020, Gonzalez transitioned to Novelus as a Project Coordinator, where they continued to coordinate project management activities. John Carlos is currently working at Reailize, a B-Yond company, in the role of Project Coordinator, managing projects across AI/ML products, practice areas, and clients worldwide.

Throughout their career, Gonzalez has demonstrated skills in project coordination, managing virtual teams, and optimizing resources to deliver projects in a timely and efficient manner.

John Carlos Gonzalez earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Universidad Central de Venezuela, studying from 1996 to 2003. John Carlos then pursued a Master's degree in Project Management at CARIBBEAN INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY from 2013 to 2014. Subsequently, they obtained another Master's degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from ESIC Business & Marketing School, completing their studies there from 2014 to 2016.
