Natalia Salas

Natalia Salas serves as the Chief of Staff to the CEO at Reailize, a B-Yond company, where responsibilities include strategic support to executive leadership, training and guiding assistants, and managing the Marketing team. Prior to this role, Natalia held the position of Chief of Staff to the COO at B-Yond, enhancing efficiency within the management team and facilitating key meetings. With extensive experience in administrative roles, Natalia has also served as an Executive Coordinator and Business Developer across various organizations, including SwissJust Latinoamerica SA and Nu Skin Enterprises. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Family and Human Services at Brigham Young University - Idaho, Natalia possesses a bilingual executive assistant background from IASE and additional education from BYU-Pathway Worldwide.
