Jarkko Kailanto

Jarkko Kailanto is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in agile coaching and training, currently serving as Principal Coach and Trainer at Reaktor since December 2012. With a strong background in product ownership and agile methodologies, Kailanto has previously held roles such as Senior Agile Coach & Trainer and Agile Coach, focusing on enhancing organizational and team performance through effective coaching and training in agile software development practices. Prior experience includes positions at Tieto as Product Owner & Agile Coach and at Nokia Siemens Networks in various capacities, including Area Product Owner, Scrum Master, Project Manager, and Maintenance Manager, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing agile processes and managing software projects. Kailanto holds a Master’s degree in Software Engineering from Tampere University of Technology, earned between 1996 and 2004.
