Juha Rantanen

Juha Rantanen is a Principal Consultant at Reaktor since November 2008, with expertise in creating efficient teams and delivering results, alongside roles as CTO and delivery lead. Previously held the position of Quality Specialist/Senior Consultant at Reaktor, focusing on agile methodologies across various functions, including scrum mastering and coaching. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Quality Consultant at Qentinel, where Juha Rantanen developed the Robot Framework test automation tool and conducted training on test automation and agile testing. Early career at Oplayo involved responsibilities as a Quality Engineer, focusing on testing video encoding/decoding engines and improving test processes. Juha Rantanen earned an M.Sc. in Computer Science from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan, graduating in 2007.
