Panu Korhonen

Panu Korhonen is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in user experience and design management. Currently serving as Design Director for GenAI at Reaktor since November 2020, Panu has previously held significant roles at VR Group, where responsibilities included overseeing full customer experience in mobility services and leading UX initiatives for digital channels. At Nordkapp, Panu advanced from Designer to Managing Director, successfully transforming a small design shop into a prominent agency. Prior experience at Nokia includes leadership positions in user experience and innovation, where Panu influenced design direction and established usability research initiatives. Panu's early career began as a Software Engineer at Brainware Oy, and Panu holds a Master's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Helsinki, along with a Marketing degree from Markkinointi-instituutti.
