Prior to this, Craig held the position of Head of Technology at MA Financial Group, where Craig was responsible for the company's IT strategy, technology roadmap, and transformation program. With a background in various IT roles at companies such as Dimension Data Cloud Services Australia and Norton Rose Fulbright, Craig has a strong foundation in IT infrastructure and systems engineering. Craig holds degrees in Business Management and Project Management, along with certifications in program management.
