Fred Vilaronga

Fred Vilaronga currently serves as Presidente at Real Aviation Services since July 2023. Previously, Vilaronga co-founded and was the Vice President of Commercial and Networks at Ōner Travel from February 2021 to February 2023, overseeing a team of 20 and managing a portfolio of 70,000 affiliates. Vilaronga held the position of General Manager of Operations Brazil at Swissport from August 2020 to February 2021, leading 3000 employees across 10 branches. From August 2010 to August 2020, Vilaronga was the Director of Campinas Airport and Infrastructure at Azul Linhas Aéreas Brasileiras, responsible for 3500 employees and managing 10,000 monthly operations. Prior experience includes various managerial roles at GOL Linhas Aéreas from December 2001 to August 2010, including Airport Manager at Santos Dumont. Vilaronga holds an MBA in Business Management from Fundação Dom Cabral and a Bachelor's degree in Tourism from Centro Universitário Newton Paiva.
