Sarah Kearney is a seasoned professional in sustainability and wellness, currently serving as Project Executive and Senior Project Manager at REAL Building Consultants since April 2021, where management of LEED, WELL, and Fitwel projects is a primary focus. Previously, Kearney held the position of Wellness & Sustainability Manager at Strategic Property Partners, leading sustainability initiatives for the Water Street Tampa development. Noteworthy accomplishments include overseeing the first pre-certified WELL Community globally and managing city-wide recycling programs as a Recycling Specialist for the City of Tampa. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Global Sustainability from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from Eckerd College. Kearney holds several certifications, including WELL AP, LEED® AP, and is a Fitwel Ambassador.

Energy Audits and Retrofit Planning Our team of experts can help a building owner, operator or developer evaluate a building’s current energy inefficiencies and make recommendations on how to best improve energy efficiency, comfort, health and safety for your building—no matter how small or large, whether it’s Residential, Commercial or Industrial.
