Stephanie Nevitt

Stephanie Nevitt is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HRRDi at Real Digital International since November 2024. Prior to this role, Stephanie held the position of Group HR Manager at ComPro Renewable Energy Ltd. from March 2023 to November 2024. Stephanie's career includes significant roles at Q8 Aviation, where responsibilities included Acting HR Manager and HR Coordinator between September 2019 and February 2023, and positions at HH Global as HR Advisor and HR Assistant from October 2017 to September 2019. Additionally, Stephanie started as an HR Administrator at Alpine Elements from May 2016 to October 2017. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management from the University of Northampton, completed in June 2015, and A-Levels from Hinchley Wood 6th Form College, finished in June 2012.
