Jesse Goldberg

Jesse Goldberg started their work experience in 2004 at Real Digital Media, where they served as the VP of Support Services. In 2018, they transitioned to the role of Technical Product Manager. In 2014, Jesse founded their own company, Integrated Network Services, LLC, where they worked closely with local startup companies, offering technology, marketing, web, SEO, and creative solutions. Prior to that, they worked at Convergys from 2001 to 2004 as a TSR and Corporate Escalations Palm, handling high priority cases for Palm. During their time there, Jesse created training manuals, call procedures, and flow charts to improve call center efficiency.

Jesse Goldberg attended Valencia College from 1997 to 2003, where they studied Computer Science. They obtained certifications in various areas, including Advanced SQL for Data Scientists, Learning ECMAScript 6, Learning Linux Command Line, Learning SQL Programming, Node.js Essential Training (2017), and Product Management: Building a Product Roadmap from LinkedIn. Jesse also acquired certifications in Security+, Net+, and A+ from the University of Phoenix in August 2003, July 2003, and May 2002 respectively.
