Tim is currently working as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Real Estate Business Analytics (REBA), where they aim to help the team grow and achieve their goals by providing solutions that drive actionable data insights and generate data consistency across all teams.
Prior to joining REBA, Tim worked at AppFolio, Inc. as the Director of Multifamily Field Strategy. Tim played a crucial role in strategically moving the company "upmarket" and breaking the "best in breed" stigma in the multifamily industry.
Before that, Tim served as the Sr. Director of Sales at Expedia Group, specifically in the Pillow team. Tim joined the team to drive their pivot into the multifamily apartment industry, enabling compliant resident and vacant short-term renting within apartment communities.
Tim's earlier experience includes working as the Director of West Coast Sales at RealPage, Inc. where they developed and oversaw the South West Multifamily business unit for Rainmaker. Tim effectively grew the business with limited resources, handling responsibilities such as client and prospect management, strategic planning, budget allocation, marketing, and demand activities.
Tim McInerney has a Bachelor's Degree from Westmont College. Additionally, they earned a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from Cornell University, where they specialized in Real Estate, focusing on deal structures, underwriting, development, and asset management.
