Shari Singer Bertsch

Shari Singer Bertsch has extensive experience in real estate and media over several decades. Currently serving as Managing Member at TAS RE Holdings/Home Ownership Group since May 2015, Shari specializes in real estate acquisitions and owner finance notes across Texas and Missouri. As Owner Principal of Rapid Fire Investors since January 2014, Shari focuses on developing real estate deals and rehabilitating properties. Additionally, Shari works as a Transaction Engineer with a commitment to creative solutions for real estate transactions since May 2013. Prior experience includes producing and managing programming for KCLV-TV2 in Las Vegas from 2005 to 2013, along with a successful career in radio with roles at Clear Channel and Regent Broadcasting. Shari's early career included architecture, highlighted by involvement in hotel casino projects and the MGM Grand Fire Remodel. Shari holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from The Ohio State University and participated in an urban design program at the University of Oxford.
