Bill Bisanz

Bill Bisanz is a seasoned real estate executive with extensive experience in multi-family housing and vacation property development. Currently serving as CEO of Real Estate Equities since August 2001, Bill specializes in market rate and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit investment strategies across the upper mid-west. Prior to this role, Bill owned Elite Destination Homes, facilitating memorable experiences in luxury vacation properties from September 2005 to October 2016. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Consultant at MarchFIRST and co-founding 44Degrees.com, alongside a tenure as a Senior Associate at CSC Index. Bill holds an MBA in Finance and Business Strategy from Columbia Business School and a BBA in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin.
