Faris Alobaidi

Faris Alobaidi is an experienced professional in architecture and project management, currently serving as the Head of the Technical Support Department at الهيئة العامة للعقار since June 2023. Previously, Faris held roles including Projects Engineer at OFF PLAN SALES OR RENT "WAFI", managing real estate projects under the Ministry of Municipal & Rural Affairs and Housing and overseeing site progress. Faris has also worked as a Projects Engineer at Hill International, managing multiple housing projects and preparing reports, as well as serving as an Architect Engineer at both Dar Al Riyadh Group and Khatib & Alami, where duties included report preparation and architectural guidance. Early career experience includes architectural design and site engineering roles, with a solid educational foundation in architecture from Wuhan University and Riyadh College of Technology.
