Susan Melillo is a seasoned real estate professional and former catering director with extensive experience in both industries. As a Realtor Associate at Real Estate of Florida since 1994, Susan has contributed to over $100 million in real estate sales, offering a range of client services, including sales, marketing, remodeling, and elder estate management. In the catering sector, Susan served as the Managing Member and Catering Director of Selective Catering, LLC from 2007 to November 2021, overseeing catering planning, client consultations, and menu development. Educational credentials include a Brokers License and Salesperson License from Gold Coast School of Real Estate, a ServSafe Food Protection Manager certification from ChefCorp, and a Culinary Arts degree from The Culinary Institute of America, among other qualifications.
