Joe Harwood

Joe Harwood started their work experience as the Owner-Partner of Geoplex Consulting LLC in 2005, where they focused on GIS consulting and spatial solutions. Joe performed tasks such as data digitization, creation, management, and GIS implementation. Joe continued working in this role until January 2012.

In 2006, Joe Harwood also joined ReportAll USA as the Chief Operating Officer and later became the Chief Executive Officer in January 2022. At ReportAll USA, they co-founded the Real Estate Portal USA and contributed to business development, strategic partnerships, and content leadership for national parcel boundary data. Joe was involved in spatial data creation, integration, and synthesis. As of now, they currently hold the position of Chief Executive Officer at ReportAll USA.

Joe Harwood earned a Master of Arts degree in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Remote Sensing from Kent State University, where they attended from 2003 to 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography from Bowling Green State University, attending from 1997 to 2002.
