Aayaam Kapoor

Aayaam Kapoor has a diverse work experience starting in 2007 as a Technical Associate/Software Engineer at Tech Mahindra. Aayaam then moved on to working as a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Albireo Telematics from 2009 to 2012. Following this, they worked as a Strategy Consultant at VMEngineering and IndSight Growth Partners in 2013 and 2014 respectively. In 2014, they pursued a full-time MBA at Manchester Business School, where they also worked as a Business Consultant. In 2015, Aayaam joined PLACE PROPERTY APP as a Partner & Head of Product. Aayaam then founded Coffee and Plans in 2014 where they served as the Founder & CEO until 2017. Aayaam also worked as the Head of Product at Gramin Health Care from 2016 to 2017. Aayaam started their tenure at Real Estate Webmasters in 2017, initially as the Head of Shared Services, then as the Head of Product, and eventually progressed to positions of increasing responsibility. As of 2023, they hold the position of Vice President, Product & Agency at Real Estate Webmasters.

Aayaam Kapoor completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Alliance Manchester Business School during the years 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, Aayaam Kapoor obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Science from Kurukshetra University between 2003 and 2007. In 2020, Aayaam Kapoor also obtained the certification of Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc.
